7th Annual Hot Sauce Contest!

On July 3rd, the 7th Annual WMNF 88.5FM, Dark Horizons Hot Sauce Contest took its place in history.


The contest started out with the five pain hungry contestants sampling the "good tasting" hot sauces.


As the contest moved along, so did the heat factor.


Jimmy and HELL ON EARTH's Erin tied for 3rd place.

Then the extract HEAT round began.

Deb took it like a champ but was eliminated after about 6 bottles into it.


And then there were two. 88.5FM's George and BillY went toe-to-toe eating the hottest sauces on the planet.


They finished the last of the deadly hot sauces to share the prestigious "verbal title" of Hot Sauce Champion. Hog's Ass was voted best tasting hot sauce because it is unofficially known as the replacement to Mad Bomber. Some notable runner-ups were Pain Is Good and Roberto's Hot Sauce.


As the grand finale BillY & DJ George ate THE SOURCE, on-air and they both agreed,

THIS IS THE HOTTEST SAUCE IN THE WORLD!


Because the pain on the outside needs to match the pain on the inside, Debbie, the 2nd Place Winner, received a $70 Tattoo compliments of Psychotic Ink. She also won an 18" water pipe from J-N-J Smoke Shop, a six pack of Blair's Hot Sauce and a bottle of Astroglide.
