BY POPULAR DEMAND: HOW TO NAME JACK KOSHICK IN YOUR LAWSUIT

MILWAUKEE, WI-  John “Jack” C. Koshick, promoter for Milwaukee Metalfest 2007, proved once again that he is a far better scam artist than a promoter of metal music. An alarming number of  bands and the their sponsors have contacted www.hellonearth.net  because HELL ON EARTH has dealt with this menace to society previously and knows how to name him in a lawsuit.

Jack Koshick is extremely sneaky and slippery. He is a professional con artist so it is very hard to serve him papers, win a judgment or collect judgments from him...but not impossible.

Here are a few tips that will help the poor souls who have been mislead by this master deceiver.

In order to properly name him in your lawsuit you must name him as:

JOHN KOSHICK, individually, and

JOHN C KOSHICK d/b/a

JACK KOSHICK PRESENTS

Defendant(s).

If you need to serve him court papers to sue him you can email webmaster@hellonearth.net for his home address and telephone number. Don' t bother using the Sheriff's Department to serve him papers. He knows how to avoid service and the deputy will  try once or twice to serve him and then give up. You will lose your $20. Use a professional Milwaukee Process Server. You can find a reputable one through an internet search engine. They also charge around $20 but they won't give up, at least the good ones won't.

Make sure you give a picture of Jack Koshick to the Process Server so they know what he looks like. If you don't have a photo of Jack Koshick use the one below.

NEWS:   PROMOTER LIES, CHEATS BAND AND USES BAPTIST CHURCH AS SCAPEGOAT

PINELLAS PARK, FL Promoter for the Sun n' Steel Metalfest, Jack Koshick claimed that John LaChance, Pinellas Expo Center’s General Manager, would cancel the entire event due to threats from a Baptist Fundamentalist group if industrial rock band, Hell On Earth was not removed from the line-up.  Though an independent investigation, led by band leader, BillY Tourtelot, it was revealed that no Baptists had telephoned the venue nor did LaChance threaten to cancel the event.

After telephone calls and face to face conversations with LaChance, it was stated that Hell On Earth was welcomed to play their set and that no threats had ever been made to Koshick in regards to the performance of Hell On Earth.  LaChance did say that he received one telephone call from a “Christian extremist” alerting him of the planned Consensual Cannibalism.  LaChance conveyed to Koshick that he did not want such an act to be performed at the Pinellas Expo Center and suggested that the band hold the Consensual Cannibalism offsite.  When he had learned that Hell On Earth had already done the Consensual Cannibalism from seeing it on the band's  website, he was completely at ease with the band.  “After all,” he said, “Metalfest is all about the music.”

Koshick had signed a contract with Hell On Earth to perform at Metalfest in hopes to generate publicity without hiring a local promoter.  Koshick admitted in a conversation with the band's webmaster that he did not hire a publicist or promoter in hopes that word of mouth, internet, and Hell On Earth’s reputation would generate publicity for the show.  Koshick was first aware of the potential that the kind of exposure a band like Hell On Earth would generate after last year’s worldwide publicity following the announcement of the now infamous "Suicide Show."

Koshick had stated that he was very impressed with Hell On Earth and Tourtelot’s reputation as a performer and he would love for them to perform at Metalfest.  But, when it came down to paying the band the money that he owed them, he refused to honor their contract.

Pinellas Park, FL -- Jack Koshick, promoter for the Florida Sun ‘n Steel Metalfest, was caught in his own web of lies after Hell On Earth’s meeting with Pinellas Expo Center’s General Manager, John LaChance and Koshick.

During the meeting, it was revealed that neither LaChance, nor any Baptist Fundamentalists had any part in canceling the band as Koshick had claimed. It became apparent, for unknown reasons, Koshick alone had decided to breach the band’s contract and cancel them from the show.

When band leader BillY Tourtelot reminded him of their contract, Koshick was quoted as saying, “Sue me!”

NEWS: HELL ON EARTH NOT BAPTIST APPROVED!

PINELLAS PARK, FL --  Sun and Steel Metalfest promoter, John C. “Jack” Koshick, has decided to drop any bands that do not meet the approval of Baptist Fundamentalists, which included Hell On Earth. Koshick said that Baptists were calling and complaining about Hell On Earth performing at the show.

In response to the cancellation, band leader, BillY Tourtelot said, “It’s a sad state of affairs when the promoter for a metal festival is more concerned about pleasing a handful of Baptists rather than the fans.”
